First: Exchange Policy
You may request a product exchange in the following cases:
Receipt of a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect.
Receipt of a product different from the original order.
Exchange Conditions:
The exchange request must be submitted within 4 business days from the date of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging and wrapping.
The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
Second: Return Policy
Customers are entitled to request a refund in the following cases:
Receipt of a damaged or unusable product.
Receipt of a product that is completely different from what was ordered.
Unavailability of the product after the order has been confirmed by the store.
Return Conditions:
The return request must be submitted within 4 business days from the date of receiving the order.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for shipping and return fees if the error was not on the part of the store.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Products that have been opened or used.
Personal care products, for the sake of customer safety and hygiene.
Products offered as part of promotional deals or discounts where it is explicitly stated that they are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Return and Exchange Procedures
Contact us via email or WhatsApp to request an exchange or return. Please attach photos of the product and clearly describe its condition.
Requests are reviewed within 2 to 3 business days.
Upon approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
